Not a demolition zone!

At first sight you may think, well this is just a demolition zone?

Think again.

This is not a demolition zone,

it is a crime against humanity.

The Israeli Demolition Force created this pile of rubble from

what was once a thriving city in Gaza.

Gaza currently looks like a demolition zone, but that did not happen overnight.

It has taken more than 2 years to create this rubble of demolished buildings

but the monstrous people of the Israeli Government are still not satisfied.

Israeli forces have continued their merciless bombardment

and killed more than 500 people in Gaza in the past 5 weeks!

How many more have been injured in the same period.

And yet the world looks on.

HOW CAN THIS BE?

For their part the people of Gaza who have survived

the remorseless onslaught since October 2023

are doing their best to make a go of it.

See, they're having a picnic!

These fortunate people seem happy enough don't they?

They even have a table and a carpet which they've saved from the rubble.

And they also have food!

This family enjoys warmth from a fire.

There's no shortage of smashed furniture from which to light a fire.

I wonder what this young mother tells her son as they walk to the supermarket?

Of course, there's no supermarket, they're just looking for handouts and scraps.

Don't worry, there are lots of scraps to be found amongst the rubble!

The rubble is endless.

The demolition zone is endless.

The vengeance of the Israeli Government is endless.

The United Nations have no answers.

The world is looking on, but the world has no answers!

HOW CAN THIS BE?

  3. Clearly the travelling showman thinks the work here is done;
his 'peace' and 'job done' sales job means we can all look somewhere else now.
The circus clown has created other more tantalising spectacles to look at.
    And so we do.
    So tragic.
    Thanks for highlighting Peter.

    1. It is the playing out of the devil’s game and it’s horrendous. Now that doesn’t mean I’m simplifying this atrocity.
Is there an end in sight to this fresh hell (I wish I could say yes) but, no. Everyone with power has literally lost their marbles and they are scattered all over the globe. Thank you Peter for your writing of words. I can’t say more at the moment but I wake up everyday and fear what the hell today. But today I will go and spend time with my granddaughter and she brings me joy.
